These terms govern your use of e621.io. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, stop using it.
You must be 18
This site provides access to adult material. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and only where it is lawful for you to view such material. By continuing past the age confirmation you state that this is true.
What this site is
e621.io is a browser — an interface to publicly available APIs provided by other sites. It hosts no images or videos. Everything you see is fetched from and served by the source booru, and belongs to its creators and rights holders, not to us. Ratings, tags and takedowns are theirs; where a source removes something, it disappears here too.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site where doing so is illegal for you;
- attempt to bypass the age confirmation, or help anyone under 18 do so;
- scrape, automate against, or place unreasonable load on the site or the APIs behind it;
- attempt to gain access to the administrative pages or any non-public part of the service;
- use the site to infringe copyright or to distribute unlawful material.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind. It is run by one person and depends entirely on third-party APIs: it may be slow, incomplete, wrong, or unavailable at any time, without notice. Nothing here is guaranteed to keep working.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from any content reached through it. Your only remedy, if you are unhappy with the site, is to stop using it.
Changes and termination
These terms may change; the date at the top of this page tracks that. Access may be restricted or withdrawn at any time, for any reason, including abuse of the service.
