18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

All content reachable through e621.io consists of drawings, illustrations, digital artwork, animation and other works of fiction. It contains no photographic or filmed depictions of actual human beings engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.

Accordingly, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are not applicable, as those provisions govern depictions of real people. No visual depiction here portrays any actual person, and no real person under the age of 18 is depicted.

We host no content

e621.io stores no media of any kind. It is an interface to third-party APIs, and all files are hosted and served by the source site — e621, rule34, Danbooru or Furbooru — each of which maintains its own compliance statement and records. To the extent any such obligation could attach to material reached through this site, it rests with those operators as the producers and hosts.
